What are Thomson molds?

The term refers to the mold injected into plywood that has been cut and shaped by Thomson blades.

While in the past assembly was reliant only on filling (pieces of lead), since the development of the Thomson Press, blades had been developed and many pieces of advanced equipment have been introduced (CAD, lasers, bending machines) that improve speed, precision and cost-effectiveness, actively used in the production of shoes, handbags, boxes, electronic products and molding products.
